This platform contains confidential, proprietary, and customer-sensitive information, including source code, software, artificial intelligence models, machine learning artifacts, repositories, infrastructure configurations, CI/CD pipelines, deployment assets, documentation, datasets, and other intellectual property belonging to IntersectIQ, its affiliates, partners, and customers.

The use of any third-party software, application, AI tool, AI assistant, plugin, extension, package, library, SDK, framework, model, cloud service, repository, or external technology not owned or controlled by IntersectIQ is prohibited unless it has been formally reviewed and approved through the Company's governance process and explicit written authorization has been granted by an authorized Company representative. The introduction, installation, integration, testing, deployment, or use of unapproved technologies constitutes a violation of Company policy.

All source code, repositories, branches, commits, merge requests, pipelines, deployment scripts, infrastructure definitions, configurations, models, datasets, documentation, files, records, and related artifacts accessible through this platform are and shall remain the exclusive property of IntersectIQ and its affiliates. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, download, export, transmission, retention, mirroring, cloning, disclosure, distribution, or use of Company or customer intellectual property, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

All changes to source code, infrastructure, configurations, pipelines, environments, deployments, access controls, security settings, production systems, and customer environments must follow approved Company processes, including peer review, change management, segregation-of-duties controls, required approvals, and deployment authorizations. Circumvention of established controls or approval requirements is prohibited.

By accessing this platform, you acknowledge, certify, and agree that: • Access is solely for authorized business purposes. • You are bound by all applicable confidentiality, intellectual property, information security, acceptable use, engineering, and governance requirements of IntersectIQ. • Your activities may be monitored, logged, retained, reviewed, and audited. • You will immediately report any actual or suspected security incident, unauthorized disclosure, policy violation, or misuse of Company assets. • Any unauthorized use, disclosure, removal, duplication, retention, transmission, or misappropriation of Company or customer information may constitute a material breach of your contractual obligations and may result in disciplinary action, termination, revocation of access, civil liability, criminal referral where applicable, and all other remedies available under law.
